Bill has eight years of experience working with buyers and sellers in the Quad City area. He is a Broker-associate, licensed in Iowa and Illinois. He has received Bronze, Gold and Platinum performance awards and was voted Illinois Association Realtor of the Year in 2007. Bill strives to meet his clients' needs under all circumstances!
Bill spends his free time working with the Quad City Area Realtor Association to help homeowners and Realtors. Bill has served as committee chair for the Realtor Political Action Committee(RPAC)/Governmental Affairs. He also served on the Illinois Quad City Area Realtor Association Board. Currently, Bill is the committee chair for Realtor Public Relations, as well as a member of the Grievance Committee. He also spends time working for charities such as the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity and Viva Quad Cities.
